Real estate broker, investor, and operator with 20+ years spanning acquisitions, renovations, property management, distressed real estate, land assembly, and entitlement-focused development.

Led a ~$8M single-family revitalization — 140 homes acquired, renovated, and leased up. In SC, owns and operates a long-term property management company with an active rental portfolio, plus new-construction and land subdivision work.
